We're looking for a DevOps Automation Engineer to build and maintain our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring systems. You'll ensure our development teams can deploy with confidence and our production systems run reliably at scale. At Worklage, we manage a diverse set of workloads — from enterprise web platforms and mobile app backends to IoT device management and real-time gaming servers. You'll be responsible for automating everything from code commit to production deployment, implementing observability across all services, and driving a culture of reliability engineering. Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Ansible
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration platforms
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
  • Ensure security best practices with automated scanning and DevSecOps
  • Optimize build and deployment times for faster developer feedback

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of DevOps/SRE experience
  • Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
  • Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) and IaC (Terraform)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
  • Understanding of Linux systems administration and networking

Nice to Have

  • Experience with GitOps workflows and ArgoCD
  • Knowledge of service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
  • AWS/Azure/GCP certifications
