DevOps Automation Engineer
We're looking for a DevOps Automation Engineer to build and maintain our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring systems. You'll ensure our development teams can deploy with confidence and our production systems run reliably at scale. At Worklage, we manage a diverse set of workloads — from enterprise web platforms and mobile app backends to IoT device management and real-time gaming servers. You'll be responsible for automating everything from code commit to production deployment, implementing observability across all services, and driving a culture of reliability engineering. Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Ansible
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration platforms
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
- Ensure security best practices with automated scanning and DevSecOps
- Optimize build and deployment times for faster developer feedback
Requirements
- 3-6 years of DevOps/SRE experience
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) and IaC (Terraform)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Understanding of Linux systems administration and networking
Nice to Have
- Experience with GitOps workflows and ArgoCD
- Knowledge of service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
- AWS/Azure/GCP certifications
