Worklage provides a comprehensive platform that includes, but is not limited to, the following features:

Any content that you upload or share on Worklage remains your property. However, by uploading content, you grant Worklage a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Payment and Subscription

6.1 Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide notice of any changes to pricing at least 30 days in advance.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will lose access to all features of the Platform.

7.2 Termination by Worklage

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. We will provide notice of termination where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worklage and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Platform.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers.
  • Any content obtained from the Platform.
  • Any other matter relating to the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Worklage, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the Terms and, in some cases, may provide additional notice. Your continued use of Worklage after the changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
