Full Stack Developer
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer who can own features end-to-end — from UI to API to database. You'll build complete product features across our web applications, enterprise platforms, and SaaS products including Worklage Intranet, Playtura, Kidster, and our client projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the entire technology stack, making architectural decisions that impact thousands of users. You'll be responsible for designing database schemas, building RESTful APIs, creating responsive frontends, and deploying to production. Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack features from concept to deployment
- Build responsive frontends with React/Next.js and robust backends with Node.js
- Design database schemas and optimize queries for performance
- Integrate third-party APIs and services
- Participate in architecture decisions and technical planning
- Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews
Requirements
- 3-6 years of full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Strong database skills (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
Nice to Have
- Experience building SaaS or multi-tenant applications
- Knowledge of WebSocket and real-time systems
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
