We're looking for a talented Front End Developer to build modern, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces for our products and client projects. You'll work closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver exceptional web experiences using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. At Worklage, our frontend team builds everything from enterprise dashboards and SaaS platforms to consumer-facing apps used by thousands of users. You'll have the opportunity to shape our component library, contribute to our design system, and push the boundaries of what's possible in the browser. Responsibilities

  • Build responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect UIs from design mockups
  • Develop reusable component libraries and design systems
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes into interactive experiences
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and component libraries
  • Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows

Nice to Have

  • Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Experience with micro-frontends or module federation
