Technical Writer
Join us as a Technical Writer to create clear, comprehensive documentation for our products, APIs, and developer tools. You'll make complex technical concepts accessible to developers, end users, and stakeholders across our entire product ecosystem — including Worklage Intranet, Playtura, Kidster, and Dueladd IoT. Our documentation covers everything from REST API references and SDK guides to user manuals and onboarding tutorials. You'll collaborate directly with engineers and product managers to understand features deeply and translate them into documentation that empowers users. We believe great documentation is a product in itself, and we're looking for someone who shares that philosophy and can help us build a world-class knowledge base.

Responsibilities
- Write and maintain API documentation, developer guides, and SDKs
- Create user manuals, knowledge base articles, and onboarding guides
- Document product features, release notes, and changelogs
- Collaborate with engineers to understand technical implementations
- Maintain documentation sites with versioning and search functionality
- Create diagrams, flowcharts, and architectural documentation
Requirements
- 2-4 years of technical writing experience in software/tech
- Excellent English writing skills with attention to clarity and precision
- Familiarity with Markdown, MDX, and documentation tools (Docusaurus, GitBook)
- Basic understanding of APIs, SDKs, and developer workflows
- Experience with version control (Git) for docs-as-code workflows
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, structured formats
Nice to Have
- Experience writing for developer audiences (API docs, CLI guides)
- Knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger specifications
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
