Product Manager
We're seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategy and roadmap for our growing product portfolio — Worklage Intranet, Playtura, Kidster, and Dueladd IoT. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to define, build, and launch features that solve real user problems and drive business growth. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape products across multiple domains: enterprise SaaS, mobile gaming, education technology, and IoT. You'll conduct user research, define product requirements, prioritize features based on data and user feedback, and guide products from concept through launch. We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews
- Write detailed PRDs with user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
- Prioritize features using data-driven frameworks (RICE, ICE)
- Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality releases
- Track product KPIs and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
Requirements
- 4-7 years of product management experience in tech companies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA)
- Technical background or ability to collaborate closely with engineers
Nice to Have
- Experience managing SaaS or platform products
- Background in gaming, EdTech, or IoT domains
- MBA or equivalent business experience
